Bringing In The Best
Michelle joined IB in 2019. She’s a former Amazon microsite developer who launched multiple distribution sites in several countries. Her core expertise is process and procedure management, creating efficiencies through leadership development, training content, employee engagement, and fostering a sales forward culture. In her short time with International Bancard, Michelle has helped the company grow and improve exponentially by instituting company-wide communication platforms and procedures that are transparent, and easy to operate.
Upon joining IB, Michelle commented to her wife, she was pleased to feel welcomed and recognized as a valuable addition to the company. As a person of color, a woman, and member of the LGBTQ community, Michelle is particularly well positioned to recognize the blindspots and missed opportunities that make place for everyone at the table. Promoting an inclusive, welcoming, safe work environment should be the goal of every company. It takes work, a real willingness to listen, and the daily commitment to take action. Both Michelle and International Bancard are up for the challenge.
