DETROIT, December 20, 2016 – International Bancard, an industry-leading payment acceptance solutions provider, announced recently the hire of Julianne Gordon as Vice President of Operations to the Detroit-based office. Gordon brings more than 25 years of experience in the payments and banking industries, including a strong background in strategic development and execution of operational functions.
Julianne will oversee and manage Customer Care, Technical Support, Retention, and Deployment. Gordon will join the Executive Leadership Team and ensure the Operations Department is running efficiently alongside International Bancard’s Revenue Team.

Prior to joining International Bancard, Gordon led global operations at a Florida-based POS and payment processing company. She has also served in leadership roles at companies focused on merchant services and providing capital to merchants. She has a proven track record of improving internal efficiencies within her departments while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

She is a graduate from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich. with a major in Business Management and double minors in Economics and Finance. She currently resides in Birmingham, Michigan.
