Amy Schaden Announced as International Bancard’s Chief Administrative Officer

DETROIT, June 19, 2019International Bancard, an industry-leading payment acceptance provider, is pleased to announce that Amy Schaden has joined the executive team as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

In this role, Schaden will be responsible for developing and executing strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization; internal process improvement - specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational, and performance management; and helping to drive growth for International Bancard.

With more than 20 years of experience dedicated to entrepreneurial business growth Schaden excels at progressive strategic responsibilities and motivating teams to succeed. She has consistently been recognized for partnering with executive leadership to align strategic HR programs to achieve business operational objectives. Her keen ability to enable, excite, and inspire an organization’s success through engagement focused behaviors will guide the company to the next stage of their strategic growth.

Prior to joining International Bancard, her most recent roles included leading the Global Human Resources Compensation Operations team and the Global Human Resources for Global Finance at General Motors, where she provided strategic direction and support for the global compensation planning operations team. Schaden focused heavily on talent development, change management, and the implementation and execution of HR plans within diverse business environments.

Schaden has served on the board of directors for St. John Hospital/Ascension Health and avidly supports the Fontbonne and Tau Beta Organization at the Children’s Center of Detroit.

She holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Relations both from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich. She currently resides in Grosse Pointe Shores, Mich. with her husband and three kids.
